We are a small creative team producing music and visual content, and we are looking for an AI Design Assistant to support our creative workflow.
This is an assistant-level position. You will not be expected to independently lead or manage entire design projects. Your role will be to create visual drafts, research references, produce variations, and assist with content production based on established concepts and creative direction.
Further information about the company and its projects will be shared with selected interview candidates.
Responsibilities
- Generate and edit visual assets using AI tools
- Create visual drafts and variations based on provided direction
- Research visual references and organize moodboards
- Arrange images and typography and update templates in Figma
- Assist with music-related and visual content production
- Organize design resources and working files
- Support other day-to-day creative tasks
Requirements
- Current student or graduate in art, design, or a related field
- Practical experience using AI image-generation or editing tools
- Experience with Figma or similar design and collaboration tools
- Ability to follow references and execute clear creative direction
- Ability to respond to feedback and revisions quickly and accurately
- A portfolio demonstrating strong visual judgment

- Interest in music, fashion, artist visuals, and digital culture
- Strong visual taste and image-selection skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new AI tools quickly
- Organized and detail-oriented working style
- Flexibility in a fast-moving creative environment
