We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Clerical/Real Estate Title Processor to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing the accurate processing of real estate titles, ensuring all legal descriptions, easements, and public records are thoroughly researched and documented. Your expertise will support smooth real estate transactions by reviewing title records, conducting title searches, and collaborating closely with clients and legal professionals. Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive title searches by examining public records, deed histories, and other sources to verify ownership and identify encumbrances such as easements or liens
- Review legal descriptions and ensure accuracy in property documentation for real estate transactions
- Utilize mapping software and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to analyze property boundaries, rights-of-way, and land features
- Prepare detailed title reports, summaries, and clearance documents adhering to underwriting guidelines and legal standards
- Coordinate with title insurance companies, attorneys, lenders, and clients to facilitate smooth communication throughout the closing process
- Maintain meticulous records of title searches, research findings, and correspondence in compliance with company policies
- Assist in the review of real estate documentation including deeds, surveys, and legal descriptions to confirm accuracy before closing
Qualifications
- Proven experience in title processing or real estate transaction management with a strong understanding of real estate law and legal descriptions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel) for document preparation and data management
- Familiarity with real estate transaction management software and mapping tools such as GIS or specialized title software
- Strong research skills with attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all documentation
- Excellent client communication skills coupled with a commitment to customer service excellence
Preferred qualifications include experience working with title review processes, adherence to underwriting guidelines, and familiarity with real estate closing management. A background in real estate law or related legal training is highly advantageous.

Pay: $49,024.48 - $57,500.00 per year
