If you are interested in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), we offer a FREE 40-hour RBT training program to help you start your career in ABA.
Position Details
- Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
- Pay: $22.00–$25.00 per hour (based on experience)
- Location: In-person sessions at our Oak Lawn center and in-home sessions within a 5-mile radius
What You’ll Do
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Follow individualized treatment plans created by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Teach and support communication, social, play, and daily living skills
- Collect data and document progress during therapy sessions
- Help children build independence and reach their goals
- Collaborate with families, supervisors, and team members
- Maintain professional and ethical standards while providing quality care
What We’re Looking For
- Current RBT certification or willingness to become certified through our FREE 40-hour RBT training program
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Someone who enjoys working with children and has a passion for helping others
- Experience working with children, autism, or developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation
- Dependable, patient, and eager to learn

- Flexible scheduling available
