Overview
Little Rad Market is a high-end market and café in Belle Meade, specializing in coffee, baked goods, and scratch-made prepared foods. We're looking for kind, outgoing, energetic, and attentive people to join our front of house team.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests warmly and take orders with a genuine, welcoming attitude
- Handle the register and POS system, processing payments accurately and efficiently
- Prepare drinks and food according to Little Rad recipes and standards
- Set up, clean, and restock the coffee bar throughout the shift, and maintain cleanliness and organization in line with health and safety standards
- Build relationships with guests that turn first-timers into regulars
- Taste test FroYo to keep standards high (tough gig, we know)
What We're Looking For
- Barista experience is a plus, but not a dealbreaker. If you've got the right attitude, we'll teach you the coffee
- Experience with a POS system (we use Toast), or the ability to learn fast
- A positive attitude and a genuine love for making people's day a little better
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with food safety practices
- Comfortable flexing between FOH and BOH as needed to make syrups, froyo toppings, etc…
