Salary: $20.19/hour base pay + up to $40k in performance bonuses. Our bonus structure rewards results, and our top Inside Sales Representative earns over $100,000 annually through a combination of base pay and bonuses!
Positions Hours: Monday - Friday 8:00AM to 5:00PM EST
We are seeking a highly organized and self-directed individual to join our growing Intake team.
The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:
- Strong communication skills (English and Spanish) – both oral and written
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment to achieve departmental goals

- Ability to make a large number of calls a day
If chosen to join our team, you will be responsible for:
- Reaching out to potential clients to see if we can take their case
- Gathering initial information from potential clients
- Taking inbound calls from potential clients
- Discerning facts about cases and whether or not our attorneys would be able to help the potential client
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, call centers, or client-facing roles preferred
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding conversations
- Self-motivated with a competitive drive to succeed
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable managing a high volume of phone interactions
