We are seeking a friendly, organized, and motivated Patient Care Coordinator/Exam Technician to join our growing healthcare team. This employee plays a vital role in creating an exceptional patient experience by assisting with patient intake, performing diagnostic testing, collecting clinical information, and supporting the doctor throughout the examination process.

Responsibilities
- Welcome patients and ensure a positive office experience
- Escort patients through the examination process
- Obtain and record patient health histories and symptom information
- Perform diagnostic testing and scans as directed by the doctor
- Take patient vitals and measurements when appropriate
- Prepare examination rooms and maintain cleanliness of equipment
- Assist with digital X-rays and imaging procedures (as permitted by training and certification requirements)
- Enter accurate patient information into electronic health records
- Educate patients on office procedures and treatment recommendations
- Assist with scheduling and patient flow as needed
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations
- Support other team members to ensure efficient office operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Comfortable working with computers and electronic health records
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to stand, walk, and assist patients throughout the day
