What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills.
- Create engaging, play-based therapy sessions.
- Collect accurate session data and complete documentation.
- Collaborate with BCBAs and fellow RBTs.
- Lead fun activities, sensory play, crafts, and educational games.
- Help children build confidence, independence, and meaningful life skills.
- Maintain a safe, positive, and encouraging learning environment.
- Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
We're looking for someone who:
- Is a current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
- Has a passion for working with children with autism.
- Is energetic, positive, patient, and creative.
- Enjoys collaborating with a supportive team.
- Has excellent communication skills.
- Can actively engage with children throughout the day, including sitting on the floor and lifting up to 40 pounds.
- Can successfully pass a criminal background check.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 7:45 AM–4:15 PM
- Up to two After Care shifts each week (4:30 PM–6:30 PM)
- Full-time and Part-time opportunities available
