Position Introduction:
The undergraduate research assistant will assist the study teams with participant retention efforts (i.e., making check-in phone calls and texts) and data collection (24 hour dietary recalls and virtual surveys) and partner engagement in our Food Is Medicine studies.
Required Education:
- Must be currently enrolled in a combination of two terms as a student at the University of Oklahoma.
- Hiring contingent upon verification of current student status.
- Length of appointment (Start Date ASAP; End Date May 10, 2027 (end of spring term)
Required Experience:
- Ability to drive to partnering sites;
- CITI training
