Christa McAuliffe Elementary School is seeking an experienced 6th Grade Teacher to help prepare them to rise up to middle school in the following school year. This position will be teaching Math and Science.
Qualifications:
- FLDOE Certification in Elementary Ed K-6 required
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

Starting instructional pay is $50,450 per year, plus there is a pay supplement for a advanced degrees.
Please note salary is based on verifiable years of experience as per District guidelines.

Our voters passed a millage in 2022 and all instructional staff, from zero to 19+ years of experience, will receive a supplement. The pay ranges based on years of experience, but for a teacherwith 19+ years experience, that's approximately an additional $8,110 (pay and supplement are prorated based on start date) in your pocket! This raises the overall compensation higher than our neighboring school districts.
