HOTWORX North Miami Beach is looking for energetic, fitness-minded people who are bilingual (English/Spanish) to join our team as part-time Trainer/Sales Associates (TSAs).
As a TSA you will greet members, give studio tours, educate people on our infrared sauna workouts, help with memberships, and keep the studio clean and welcoming. This is a great flexible opportunity if you love fitness and enjoy working with people.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and create a positive member experience
- Give studio tours and explain HOTWORX workouts
- Assist with membership sales and member retention
- Help keep the studio clean, organized, and ready for members
- Support members when needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)
- Passionate about fitness and healthy living
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work flexible part-time hours (including some evenings and weekends)
- Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
Schedule
Part-time shifts (typically 4–5.5 hours). Morning and afternoon shifts available Monday–Saturday. Exact schedule discussed during interview.
