Active Massachusetts (MA) RN license required and must be in hand at time of consideration

Current BLS certification required

Current flu vaccine documentation required (during flu season)

COVID vaccine and booster required (medical exemptions are accepted)

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

All previous employees (travel, permanent, or per diem) of any Beth Israel Lahey Health facility must have a minimum 6-month break before returning
