We're hiring a Dispatcher who can take ownership of the schedule, think ahead, and help keep the entire operation running efficiently.

Compensation

Schedule
- Full-time (40+ hours per week)
- In-office position initially
- Potential opportunity to transition to a remote or hybrid role based on performance
Responsibilities
- Dispatch technicians efficiently based on location, skill set, and job urgency
- Manage and optimize the daily schedule to maximize productivity and minimize downtime
- Answer inbound calls and convert opportunities into booked jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers, technicians, and office staff
- Monitor job progress and adjust schedules as needed throughout the day
- Maintain accurate job notes, statuses, and customer information in real time
- Assist with on-call scheduling and emergency dispatching when required

Requirements
- Previous dispatching and/or customer service experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with Housecall Pro preferred
- Experience in the plumbing, HVAC, or home service industry preferred
- Experience in a high-call-volume environment preferred
