Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using Toast POS.
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and service stations in compliance with food safety standards.
- Assist with setup and breakdown of events such as banquets or catering functions, ensuring all service needs are met seamlessly.
- Engage with guests to promote specials, upsell menu items, and enhance overall customer satisfaction through excellent service.
Skills
- Experience in food industry settings.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety.
- Experience in serving alcohol responsibly within a licensed environment.
