Job Summary

Duties
- Greet guests warmly, take accurate food orders using POS systems such as clover
- Provide knowledgeable recommendations for menu items, .
- Handle cash transactions accurately, process payments via POS systems, and give correct change while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are upheld during food handling, serving, and bussing duties in accordance with health regulations.
- Assist with food preparation, plating, and presentation when necessary, especially during busy service hours or Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations; bus tables promptly to ensure a tidy environment for guests.
- Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred experience is a plus. But we will always train the right candidate
- Strong customer service skills and while maintaining professionalism.
- Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently without compromising service quality.
- Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to perform basic math accurately for cashiering duties and cash handling responsibilities.
- Experience with food industry tools like serving trays, bussing supplies, and kitchen equipment is advantageous.
