⏰ Schedule Requirements (Must Be Flexible)
You must be available for a mix of:
- 10:30 AM – 4:00 PM
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
- Fridays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM OR 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Saturdays - 9am - 2pm (At least 1 Saturday per month required)
What You’ll Do
- Sell memberships and follow up with leads (text, calls, social media)
- Sell retail products
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Deliver a high-energy, welcoming experience
- Build strong relationships with members
- Promote HOTWORX through local outreach and events
- Maintain a clean, organized studio

- Sales or customer service experience (fitness preferred)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive, outgoing, and self-motivated
- Passion for fitness and helping others succeed
- Comfortable with technology and systems
- Reliable and flexible with scheduling
