About the Role
We’re hiring one dependable driver-mover to join our crew. You’ll drive our company van to job sites, load and unload furniture, and work directly with customers in their homes. Home most nights. Occasional overnight jobs.
Schedule
40 hours per week are guaranteed. The days flex with our job bookings. Most weeks you’ll get at least one weekend day off.
Responsibilities
- Drive our company van to job sites
- Pick up 1–2 crew members on your route
- Load, transport, and unload furniture safely
- Treat customer homes with respect
- Complete the truck return checklist after every job
- Contribute to a small crew where showing up matters
Requirements
- Valid regular driver’s license, clean driving record (no CDL required)
- Age 21 or older (for insurance)
- Able to lift 75+ lbs safely, all day
- Reliable: on time, sober, in uniform, every shift
- Respectful with customers in their homes
- English required, Spanish a big plus
Compensation & Benefits
- $25/hour, W-2 payroll, taxes handled
- Share of tips on every job — transparent pool
- +$1/hour raise at 12 months, another at 24 months
- $500 bonus at your one-year mark
- 5 paid days off per year, starting at 12 months
- $500 referral bonus if the person you refer stays 6 months
- One-time boot and gear allowance
- Owner works the truck with you, teaching you the business
