The Diggs is looking for a professional and well rounded Receptionist! Must have a love for animals and a positive attitude towards both clients and staff. Must have professional experience with animals. (kennel, vet reception or vet kennel, or rescues)
Must LOVE dogs and cats! If you don't love animals, please don't apply.
Duties Include:
Checking in daycare/boarding animals
Managing 3 phone lines while communicating with clients in the building
Responding to client emails, texts, and phone calls
Communicating with Kennel Staff about animal care and or issues
Communicating with Vets for pets Medical History's
Scheduled days and time vary
Cleaning
Knowledge of Gingr a great plus!
Must be reliable and have reliable transportation
Be energetic and have a friendly demeanor
Willing to work all shifts and rotate weekends
Clean/professional appearance
Comfortable working with computers, scanners and printers
Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour
