We're looking for an Agency Talent & Growth Specialist to join our district team and help recruit talent for insurance agencies across Connecticut.
This is more than a traditional recruiting position. You'll work directly with candidates, agency owners, and district leadership to identify great talent, introduce candidates to career opportunities, and help build the teams that power local insurance agencies.
No insurance experience? No problem. We're open to entry-level candidates who are motivated, organized, personable, and eager to learn. We'll provide the training and resources you need to become successful in the role.
Salary Range: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Previous recruiting, sales, customer service, staffing, human resources, insurance, or business development experience is a plus — but not required.
