Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing Scheduling and specific employee data sets, fostering a positive employee experience, and ensuring compliance with employment laws. - Oversee talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as Indeed and Myshift.
- Facilitate employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as OSHA and FMLA.
- Manage employee relations by addressing workplace issues promptly, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Support performance management processes through employee evaluations, goal setting, and coaching to promote continuous development.
- Assist with HRIS data entry,
- Lead change management initiatives and participate in organizational design projects to support strategic planning and workforce management goals. Skills
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and HR sourcing techniques.
- Skilled in project management with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills for effective employee engagement and conflict management.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality while demonstrating organizational design expertise.
- Experience in training & development programs, succession planning, affirmative action planning, and performance management processes.
- Competence in data collection and analysis using tools like data entry systems for strategic decision-making. Pay: $48,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
