The Construction Superintendent serves as the primary field representative for the company, overseeing all day-to-day job site operations and coordinating between homeowners, subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and company leadership. This role is responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
The ideal candidate is an experienced construction professional who thrives in a hands-on environment, anticipates problems before they arise, and enjoys managing multiple projects with minimal supervision.
Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
