PriorityWorkforce is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Returns Associate for a construction company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing product returns, ensuring accurate processing, and maintaining seamless communication between warehouse operations and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong warehouse experience, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency. This position plays a vital role in supporting our e-commerce and distribution operations by facilitating smooth return procedures and contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Must be Bilingual English/Spanish
- Receive returned goods from customers or distribution channels, verifying condition and documentation
- Process returns accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
- Coordinate with shipping & receiving teams to load, unload, and transport returned items within the warehouse
- Communicating with drivers and confirming BOL information
- Verifying counts
- Unloading containers and relocating material with forklift
- Must have basic computer skills
Shift:
Monday - Friday
6am-3pm
Pay: $15-$16/hr DOE
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
