Job Duties:
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential HVAC systems

Perform maintenance and system inspections
-
Communicate clearly with customers and provide honest recommendations

Deliver a high-quality customer experience on every call

Maintain accurate job notes and documentation
Requirements:
- 3+ years of HVAC experience preferred (mechanical background considered)

Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to read wiring diagrams

Understanding of airflow, air balancing, and system performance

Professional communication and customer service skills

Self-motivated, reliable, and team-oriented

Valid driver's license with insurable record
