Ashtabula Dental Associates is a busy group practice in Northeast Ohio, consisting of 6 general practitioners, 11 dental hygienists, and a team of dental specialists that are present on a weekly basis. This team includes an oral surgeon, a periodontist, endodontist, and an orthodontist, all under the same roof! We also have a dedicated office team, finance, billing/insurance, and human resources located on site!
Our goal is to make specialty care convenient, accessible, and integrated into the day-to-day workflow of the general practitioner. We are a cash and PPO practice, and do not accept Medicaid.
Due to patient volume we are looking for an additional general dentist to join our team. This is an opportunity that is rare for our office and we are looking for a candidate that showcases not only our commitment to excellent dental care but also our family friendly and employee focused environment.
Our compensation model is percentage of production and our benefits plan are excellent. We have currently looking for full-time five days a week. No weekends.
Day-to-day duties would include restorative dentistry, diagnosis and treatment planning, and oral surgery/endodontics only to the extent that the provider is comfortable, as our internal referrals make it very easy to stay within your comfort zone.
We have been a staple of the community for over 60 years, with a brand new building equipped with fully digital radiography, dental records, and a fully equipped surgical suite for IV sedation and general anesthesia. We have a dedicated team of skilled and seasoned dental assistants, and an excellent administrative staff to make sure that our team of doctors only have to focus on quality patient care. Pay: $250,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
