Job Summary
Cherry Lash is hiring experienced, Licensed Lash Artists with at least 1 year of hands-on lash experience for our Rainbow and St. Rose locations.
Full-time and part-time positions available with earning potential of $2,000–$5,500+/month, plus weekly tips, retail commission, PTO eligibility, and all supplies provided.
Active Nevada Cosmetology or Esthetician License required.
What You Can Earn
Full-Time | Approx. 40 hrs/week
- Building retention: $2,000–$3,200/month
- Established: $3,800–$5,500+/month
Part-Time | Approx. 29 hrs/week
- Building retention: $1,600–$2,200/month
- Established: $2,400–$4,000/month
Estimated earnings include service commission + typical weekly tips. Actual earnings vary based on schedule, retention, performance and services passed off on. Retail commission is additional.
All new artists complete 3 weeks of hands-on training to learn Cherry Lash techniques, timing, service standards and guest experience.
Models are required during training to complete service pass-offs. Artists are opened for services as each required pass-off is successfully completed.
What We're Looking For
- Active Nevada Cosmetology or Esthetician License
- Minimum 1 year of professional lash extension experience
- Confident performing full lash sets independently
- Experience with Classic, Volume, Hybrid and/or Mega
- Strong isolation, application and time management
- Great communication + guest experience
- Opening, closing and weekend availability
- Ability to work at both Las Vegas & Henderson locations
- Availability for 3 weeks of training
