Job Summary:
We are looking for a confident, energetic, and persuasive Door-to-Door Marketer to promote our products/services directly to potential customers. In this role, you will visit residential or commercial areas, engage with people face-to-face, and generate leads or close sales through effective communication and product knowledge.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned neighborhoods or areas to promote products/services.
- Knock on doors and initiate conversations with homeowners or business owners.
- Clearly present and explain the benefits of our offerings to potential customers.
- Identify customer needs and match them with the appropriate solutions.
- Gather contact information and generate qualified leads for follow-up.
- Report daily activities and results to the team leader or manager.
- Represent the company in a professional and friendly manner at all times.
- Follow all safety, privacy, and company policies during field interactions.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (college education a plus).
- Previous experience in door-to-door marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to handle rejection professionally and maintain a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within assigned areas.
- Comfortable working outdoors and standing/walking for extended periods.
- Availability to work weekends as needed.
Preferred Skills:
- Bilingual communication skills (if targeting diverse communities).
- Familiarity with CRM tools or lead tracking apps.
- Background in sales or canvassing.
