Food Expo & Service Support | Hal & Mal's | Jackson, Mississippi
Responsibilities
- Organize and coordinate food leaving the kitchen to ensure every plate is complete, accurate, and served promptly.
- Deliver food to guests with professionalism and confidence.
- Communicate clearly with chefs, servers, bartenders, and managers throughout service.
- Assist in keeping dining areas clean, reset, and ready for the next guests.
- Bus and reset tables quickly without sacrificing attention to detail.
- Monitor dining room needs and step in wherever support is needed.
- Help maintain cleanliness and organization in service stations and expo areas.
- Uphold Hal & Mal's standards for hospitality, food presentation, and guest experience.
