As a Community Outreach & Patient Engagement Representative, you will connect with members, community organizations, healthcare providers, and local agencies to increase awareness of healthcare services, support underserved populations, and strengthen member engagement throughout the community.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience in customer service, healthcare, community outreach, sales, or marketing
OR
4+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, community outreach, sales, or marketing.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Experience in healthcare, health insurance, managed care, public health, or community-based organizations
Strong presentation and relationship-building skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Data entry and reporting experience
Ability to work across multiple databases and software platforms
Experience with healthcare management systems is a plusAbility to travel locally up to 40%
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required
