Job Summary
We are seeking an Associate General Dentist to join our established, award-winning, multi-doctor private practice in the Monadnock Region. Known for clinical excellence, advanced technology, and exceptional patient care, we offer the autonomy of private practice with the support and collaboration of an experienced clinical team.
We are looking for a skilled, patient-focused dentist who values teamwork and wants to build a meaningful long-term future with the practice. For the right candidate, this opportunity offers a pathway to partnership or ownership, with the opportunity to become involved in practice leadership and gain exposure to the business and financial side of a successful dental organization.
Prior business experience is not required, we are looking for someone with strong clinical judgment, integrity, and a genuine desire to contribute, learn, and grow with the practice.
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD degree
- Active New Hampshire dental license or eligibility for licensure
- Three to five years of clinical experience preferred; exceptional candidates will also be considered
- Strong clinical skills and commitment to exceptional patient care
- Collaborative, team-oriented approach
- Interest in professional growth and leadership
