About Us Embers to Bloom is a behavioral health agency committed to transforming lives through compassionate, remote care. We specialize in CPST and case management, and we are expanding to offer diagnostic assessments and therapy.
Position Overview We are seeking a part-time LSW or LPC in Ohio to work as an independent contractor under the supervision of an LISW-S. This role focuses on conducting diagnostic assessments, developing treatment plans, and carrying a therapy caseload via telehealth.
Schedule
- Monday & Wednesday: 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday & Thursday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Conduct diagnostic assessments via telehealth under supervision
- Develop individualized treatment plans with supervisory oversight
- Provide therapy sessions via telehealth
- Collaborate with CPST providers and case managers
- Submit all documentation within 24 hours of service delivery
- Maintain compliance with Ohio Medicaid and OhioMHAS documentation standards
Qualifications
- Active Ohio LSW or LPC license in good standing
- Willingness to work under LISW-S or LPCC-S supervision
- HIPAA-compliant workspace and reliable internet connection
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with telehealth platforms preferred
- Familiarity with Ohio Medicaid documentation standards a plus
Compensation
- Estimated monthly earnings: $1,440–$2,800+ depending on caseload
- Paid monthly on the 10th of the following month
