Hershey Ice Cream (Route Driver)
Birmingham/Pelham AL
- Consistent Schedule – Daily schedule Monday-Friday – must be able to work 10-12 hour routes
- First year income = $50,000 - $60,000
- $206.00 Day rate plus Daily Commission based on delivery volume
- 6 Week training program before commission eligibility

Job Responsibilities
- No Experience Necessary, but previous route sales experience preferred
- Unload, stock, and rotate products at retail customers
- Drop off and verify deliveries at corporate/foodservice customers
- Collect and Deposit client payments
- Complete Driver Safety Training – Drive and Operate delivery vehicles safely and courteously
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Minimum age: 21 years of age
- Valid Driver’s License and good driving record
- Must possess a Valid Class B or higher CDL
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day
- Willingness to work daily routes, including 10-12 hour days
- Previous route sales experience preferred
