Project Management & Field Operations
- Manage all daily on-site construction activities from project commencement through closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
- Lead subcontractor meetings and daily site coordination efforts.
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or budget.
- Review project plans, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
Quality Control
- Ensure all work meets project specifications and company quality standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintain punch lists throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate and oversee project commissioning, turnover, and closeout activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site at all times.
Safety & Compliance
- Enforce all OSHA, DOB, and company safety requirements.
- Conduct site safety meetings and inspections.
- Ensure compliance with NYC building codes, permit requirements, and building regulations.
- Maintain required site documentation, logs, and reports.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary on-site representative of the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, consultants, and building management personnel.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions clearly and professionally.
- Represent the company with professionalism in high-end residential environments where discretion and customer service are essential.
