About Self Embodiment Fitness //
We are a private, boutique personal training studio located in Center City, Philadelphia. Owned and operated by fitness professional Malcolm Pinder, the gym focuses on one-on-one tailored strength training and body toning away from the distractions of a commercial gym setting.
The Role //
We are looking for a highly motivated, magnetic Personal Trainer to lead 1-on-1 or partner strength sessions. You will be responsible for delivering science-backed workouts while creating a high-energy environment that keeps our clients coming back.
- Coach & Inspire: Lead engaging, safe, and technique-driven strength and conditioning sessions.
- Personalize: Tailor exercise programs, provide progressions/regressions, and track client metrics to ensure tangible results.
- Build the Community: Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and high-energy studio culture where every member feels valued.
- Grow the Brand: Assist in building your client base through engaging social media, fitness assessments, and exceptional member retention.
- Display a genuine passion for health and fitness: Actively and consistently prioritize your physical, mental, and nutritional well-being out of a true love for the lifestyle

- $40.00 - $65.00 per hour
- Opportunity for commission-based training volume incentive based pay
