- Experience Required: experience in soldering, 3D printing, laser cutting will be preferred
- Hands-On Work: 70% involves using tools, wearing gloves, fixing merchandise, and handling packaging. 30% involves communication, administrative tasks, and space organization. Merchandise typically weighs 20-30 lbs, occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Training: 40 hours of training at $15/hr (no commission during training).

- Pay Schedule: Bi-weekly
- Pay Increases: Performance evaluations every 100 hours worked, with a $1.00/hr raise per successful review up to $20.00/hr
* Technicians qualify for commission bonuses once they hit the $20.00/hour mark and pass a technical evaluation quiz.
Work Hours:
- 9 am - 6 pm (a shift of 4-6 hrs during posted business hours)
- Stand-by shifts: Anytime (open/mid/close, 4-6 hrs per shift)
