Looking for more than just a job?
We're looking for someone who wants to make a real difference.
At Downs & Martin Transitional Housing Program, we believe every young adult deserves someone who believes in their potential, challenges them to grow, and walks alongside them as they build independent, successful lives.
This isn't just a case worker position—it's an opportunity to become a mentor, coach, advocate, and positive influence for young adults transitioning into adulthood.
If you're motivated, coachable, organized, and passionate about helping others succeed, we'll teach you the rest.
We hire for character, work ethic, and potential just as much as we hire for experience.
About the Role
As a Youth Success Coach (Case Worker), you'll work one-on-one with young adults ages 18–21, helping them build the skills, confidence, and accountability needed to become successful, independent adults.
Every day is different. One day you may be helping someone prepare for a job interview, another day you're teaching budgeting or independent living skills, connecting youth with community resources, conducting home visits, or celebrating major milestones they've worked hard to achieve.
If you enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and seeing people grow, you'll find this work incredibly rewarding.
