Duties
- Conduct comprehensive legal research to support case development and legal strategies
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, legal motions, and other legal documents with precision and clarity
- Manage multiple cases involving estate planning, family law, personal injury, employment law, and general litigation
- Prepare for litigation by developing case strategies, gathering evidence, and coordinating with clients and experts
- Provide expert guidance on procedural law and statutory regulations across various jurisdictions
- Assist clients with estate planning, immigration issues, landlord-tenant disputes, environmental law matters, securities law compliance, tribal law regulations, patent applications, and workers' compensation claims
- Maintain organized case files using legal case management systems while ensuring compliance with confidentiality standards
- Support the firm’s legal administrative processes through meticulous documentation and timely filing of legal motions
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of estate planning, environmental law, immigration law, family law, securities law, tribal law & regulations, patent law, personal injury law & case experience
- Proven expertise in negotiation tactics and legal drafting for contracts and motions
- Experience in litigation including general & commercial litigation as well as personal injury cases
- Proficiency in legal writing with clear articulation of complex concepts
- Familiarity with procedural laws governing court processes across jurisdictions
- Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high-quality work standards
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
