We are currently looking for a dependable General Laborer / Shop Helper to support our coating department.
What You'll Do
Your daily responsibilities may include:
- Load and unload customer materials and fabricated parts
- Clean, grind, and prepare steel parts before coating
- Hang, mask, and organize parts for the coating process
- Package completed products for shipment or customer pickup
- Assist with inventory, material handling, and staging projects
- Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided if needed)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist welders and fabricators by moving materials, cleaning work areas, and preparing parts
- Sweep, organize tools, remove scrap, and help keep production flowing efficiently
- Perform other general labor duties as assigned

- Is willing to learn new skills and help wherever needed
- Can lift 50+ pounds and work on their feet throughout the day
- Works well as part of a team
- Follows safety procedures and takes pride in quality work
Experience in manufacturing, fabrication, construction, warehouse work, or industrial environments is a plus—but we are willing to train the right person.
