Position Summary
Crew Members are responsible for creating an outstanding guest experience by preparing quality food, maintaining a clean and organized restaurant, and working efficiently with the team during all shifts.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying busy, working with people, and being part of a fun, high-energy environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare menu items according to Bellini’s Counter recipes and standards
- Maintain food quality, portioning, and presentation standards
- Keep stations stocked, clean, and organized throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- Operate POS systems and accurately process guest orders
- Work as part of a team to maintain fast and efficient service
- Assist with prep work, cleaning tasks, and closing duties as needed
- Maintain professionalism and urgency during busy periods
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Restaurant or customer service experience preferred, but not required
