Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual (Chinese-English) TikTok Live Operations Manager to lead and scale our live-stream Shapewear business in the US .
In this role, you will drive engagement, enhance content quality, and ensure seamless execution of live broadcasts.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute end-to-end TikTok Live operations strategies; take full ownership of the live-stream studio’s performance, ROI, and growth targets.
- Studio & Resource Coordination: Oversee the setup and daily operations of our US-based live-stream studios; coordinate hosts/influencers, product merchandising, and content programming to ensure smooth and high-quality broadcasts.
- Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze live-stream metrics (traffic, conversion rate, retention, retention, etc.) to continuously optimize scripts, promotional hooks, pacing, and overall user engagement.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, manage, and mentor a high-performing live-stream operations team (including hosts, moderators, and technicians).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with supply chain, warehouse logistics, and marketing teams to align inventory, fulfill orders, and ensure seamless operational synergy.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if you are a good fit.
- Language: Fully bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and verbal); professional working proficiency in English is required to collaborate with local hosts and partners.
- Experience: 3-5 years of proven experience in brand live-stream operations and management (strong background in Apparel, Shoes, or Fashion industries is highly preferred).
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing a team of 5+ members, with excellent cross-functional communication and project management skills.
- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, live-stream ecosystem, community guidelines, and traffic-buying mechanisms (e.g., TikTok Ads).
- Mindset: Highly proactive, strategic thinker who is not just an executor but a problem-solver; brings positive energy, passion for the live-stream industry, and a strong sense of accountability for business results.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
