Job Summary

Duties
- Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain a clean dining area
- Assist servers by delivering food and beverages promptly from the kitchen to guest tables, ensuring accuracy and presentation standards are met
- Maintain cleanliness in all service areas, including sweeping, wiping down surfaces, and sanitizing tables and chairs in accordance with food safety standards
- Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of trays, boxes of supplies, or trash removal using safe lifting practices
- Support the kitchen team with basic food handling and preparation tasks as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate service flow and guest needs
- Uphold high standards of guest service by greeting guests warmly, responding to inquiries, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred but not required; willingness to learn is key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely, including heavy lifting and prolonged standing or walking
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros or similar platforms is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- A friendly attitude with excellent customer service skills and a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
