DAY PORTER

We take pride in providing reliable, high-quality service and are seeking a Day Porter who is self-motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining our client's facilities to the highest standards.

Responsibilities
- Walk the building perimeter and remove trash and landscape debris
- Clean, stock and sanitize restrooms, as needed
- Empty trash, recycling and compost receptacles and replace liners, as needed
- Communicate and respond to site manager regarding tasks and requests
- Wear proper uniform and attire
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Have proper work permits
- Pass a background check
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stoop, and kneel
- Good attendance and punctuality is an attribute!
- Must speak English
- Must be 25 years old or older
