Responsibilities
- sort donations into proper categories
- Support sales floor staff in running clothes to the sales floor for purchase
- hang clothes, tag clothes,
- sort household items, tag miscellaneous items, price miscellaneous items
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all tasks to promote a secure work environment
- process donated shoes into good and bad category
- sort linens, hang linen, tag linen
- make bales of unusable clothing
- Assist all sorting teams with daily task
- clean, mop, and sweep breakroom and restrooms
- Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility environment
- Familiarity with assembly line processes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina to stand, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
