JOB Assists in operating the municipal golf course golf shop facility, provides excellent customer service, and promotes the golf course usage. EXAMPLE OF DUTIES 1. Greets customers, runs the check-in counter, collects greens fees, sells available merchandise and assists customers with their clubs.
2. Stocks displays and monitors golf merchandise inventory levels.
3. Maintains the clubhouse and grounds by picking up trash, etc.
4. Uses computer system for data entry on daily sales and tournaments.
5. Monitors driving range and parking lot.
6. Performs other duties related to the Golf operations and customer service.
7. Performs related duties as directed when such duties are a logical and appropriate assignment to the position.
8. Regular and timely attendance are required for this position.
9. Interacts professionally and respectfully with the public, coworkers and others in the course of daily work.
