We're looking for a motivated, creative, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our team in Cleveland.
Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in planning, developing, and executing marketing initiatives that engage our existing and future customer base and support company growth. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative marketing and data-driven decision-making and is comfortable working across email marketing, website optimization, and print materials.
Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns for existing customers.
- Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.
- Review and recommend enhancements to our ecommerce website, including user experience, content, and conversion opportunities.
- Coordinate the design, content, and production of catalogs, brochures, postcards, and other printed marketing materials.
- Work closely with management to develop and implement marketing strategies.
- Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels.
- Monitor marketing trends and identify opportunities to improve customer engagement and sales.
- Assist with other marketing initiatives and special projects as needed.
Qualifications
Experience in marketing, digital marketing, ecommerce, or a related field.
- Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, Constant Contact, or similar.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze marketing performance and make recommendations.
- Familiarity with website content management systems and basic ecommerce best practices is a plus.
- Graphic design experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva is a plus.
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with a focus on results-driven startegies and meeting deadlines.
