Position Summary
The Softball Programs & Facility Coordinator supports Wolfpack Athletics through a combination of instructional coaching, team leadership, and facility operations. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality softball programming while ensuring the facility remains organized, safe, and operationally efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Coach and manage Wolfpack softball teams, including practice planning and game-day responsibilities
- Provide individual and group softball instruction across multiple age groups
- Assist with facility scheduling, equipment inventory, and daily operational tasks
- Support the execution of camps, clinics, and community engagement initiatives
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols and facility standards
- Build positive relationships with athletes, families, and community partners
- Contribute to staff training, program development, and continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated softball experience (collegiate playing experience preferred but not required)
- Prior coaching or instructional experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $18.00 - $30.00 per hour
