Maintenance Technician

We have enjoyed 20+ years in the Rochester area and have a second shift opening for a highly motivated problem solver for one of our refrigerated food manufacturing locations.
Minimum Job Requirements
- Quick learner with attention to detail.
- Reliable, self-motivated, eager to learn and grow, team player.
- Able to meet Physical Environment and Working Conditions requirements.
- Prior food manufacturing experience preferred but not required.
- Own basic tools or able to purchase (SAE and metric).
Responsibilities
- Follow workplace safety rules.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices
- Record work completed on Computerized Maintenance Management System
- Able to effectively communicate with other employees and departments.
- Perform daily Preventive Maintenance
Additional Skills – Preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate.
- Electrical troubleshooting, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repair ability.
- Proficient use of multi-meter.
- Minor fabrication and TIG welding.
- Ability to use or learn Microsoft Windows, Outlook, and Office programs.
- Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills.

Starting Wage: $20.00 - $38.00 per hour based on experience plus Shift Premium
