The Client Service Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for clients. The Client Service Coordinator performs a wide range of functions independently and on behalf of Financial Advisors.
- Greets, welcomes and directs clients and guests entering the Fiduciam office
- Ensures client waiting area is well-stocked and maintained
- Schedules and confirms client visits
- Answers incoming client phone calls
- Completes basic client visit prep to assist with client meetings
- Receives daily mail and logs mail correctly
- Accurately titles/stores/files and uploads documents
- Routine office support, copies, printing, sorting, etc.
- Contacts home office/other entities to assist in resolution of client requests
- Assists with miscellaneous tasks as assigned
General Support
- Support marketing initiatives
- Remain Compliant with client notes, training and confidentiality
- Process checks and mail log according to defined procedures
- Identify and Report Problems
- Assist in maintaining clean office environment
- Uphold the values of the Fiduciam Financial Team
- Uphold the guidelines laid out in the Team Handbook
- Complete special projects as directed by Advisors and Practice manager
- Other duties as required
