TFB Hospitality—a fast-growing group with 3 restaurants and 3 catering divisions—is hiring a Director of Catering to lead our front-of-house teams across weddings, tours, corporate events, and high-profile live event venues. You’ll report directly to the CEO and have the opportunity to shape the future of hospitality at scale.
What You’ll Do:
Lead a team of approximately 125 collective BOH and FOH staff across three innovative catering companies

Deliver unforgettable guest experiences—from intimate parties to events with 2,000+ attendees

Collaborate with production teams, corporate clients, members of our community, and major venues nationwide.

Own the full FOH operation: staffing, logistics, training, service execution, and client relations

Contribute to executive-level strategy and growth planning

What You Bring:
10+ years in catering leadership (high-volume a must)

Experience with live events or tour catering (bonus)

FOH/BOH knowledge and next-level organizational skills
