You will work with other members of maintenance for remodeling and/or construction on apartments. Must be able to perform various minor repairs and install new appliances and equipment. Repairs can include but are not limited to locks, checking control panels, wax rings, etc. You will on occasion check the functionality of safety systems such as smoke alarms, breaker resets, etc.
