Key Responsibilities

Responsible for providing direct support in after-school program activities that promote students’ academic, social, and recreational development. Duties may include facilitating enrichment activities and group projects, preparing materials for activities, supporting student engagement, helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment, and assisting staff with program operations, events, and daily tasks to ensure a positive experience for participating youth.

Assist with student check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring accurate attendance records and safe student release.

Supervise students during program hours, ensuring a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Assist with the setup and cleanup of activity spaces, including classrooms, outdoor areas, and shared program spaces.

Provide general assistance to program staff to ensure activities run smoothly and students remain engaged.
