oversee the mechanical and electrical upkeep of production machinery, assembly lines, and factory facilities to maximize uptime and efficiency.

manage the technicians, enforce industrial safety standards, and troubleshoot automated systems to prevent costly production delays.

Production Uptime: Troubleshoot and repair manufacturing equipment quickly to minimize factory downtime and meet production targets.

Automation Upkeep: Oversee the repair and programming of automated systems, including PLCs, robotics, and CNC machinery.

Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict adherence to lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, machine guarding rules, and OSHA industrial safety standards.

Spare Parts Management: Optimize the critical spare parts inventory to ensure immediate availability of highfailure components without overspending.

Industrial Systems: Advanced knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, 3phase electrical power, and mechanical drive systems.

Software Proficiency: Handson experience using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track machine repair histories and work orders.

Blueprints & Schematics: Ability to read and interpret complex electrical ladder logic, hydraulic schematics, and mechanical drawings.

Experience: 3 to 5 years of maintenance experience strictly within a heavy industrial or highvolume manufacturing environment.

Education: High school diploma with an accredited apprenticeship, or an Associate degree in Industrial Systems Technology or Mechatronics
This position will report to the Operations Manager and works closely with the production team members and the quality team to ensure that parts produced meet our rigorous customer quality requirements. Interacts with all other Departments.
